今日接獲老師通報，有一名自稱為「陳OO」的年輕男性，冒充本校職涯發展中心同仁，進入課堂向學生宣傳「OOO人才培訓營活動」。
在此嚴正聲明，該人士並非本校職涯發展中心同仁，亦未經校方授權，其所宣傳之活動與本校無任何關聯。
全校教職員工與學生注意以下事項：
• 若有不明人士進入課堂或校園空間進行推廣，請務必查證其身分。
• 職涯中心所有進班活動皆會事前與授課老師聯繫安排，並由正式人員執行。
• 如再次發現類似情況，請立即通報職涯發展中心（分機27205）或校安中心（分機57212）。
為保護師生權益與維護校園秩序，請大家共同留意並協助防範類似事件再發生。
【Important Notice】Impersonation Alert – Please Stay Vigilant!
Today, we received a report that a young man identifying himself as “Chen OO-Wei” falsely claimed to be a staff member from the Career Center and entered a class to promote an event titled “OOO Talent Training Camp.”
We hereby clarify that this person is not affiliated with the Career Center and has not been authorized by the university. The event he promoted is not related to our school in any way.
All faculty, staff, and students are reminded of the following:
• If unfamiliar individuals appear in your class or on campus to promote events, please verify their identity.
• All classroom activities by the Career Center are pre-arranged with instructors and conducted by official staff.
• If you encounter similar situations, please report immediately to the Career Center (ext. 27205) or Campus Security Center (ext. 57212).
Let us work together to protect campus safety and prevent such incidents from recurring.
